Eric Grorud is an ICF Certified Coach. His focus is on helping leaders find professional joy through customized coaching. After years of success, many leaders realize they no longer love what they are doing. By using the agency, Eric believes owners and leaders can feel fulfilled without having to work endlessly. (This includes not being afraid to retire because you don’t think you can be fulfilled.) His clients may be considering starting a new firm, already running one, or feel stuck, but they all want to take back control. With a focus on making decisions and planning actions related to their toughest challenges, they partner to pursue long-term success consistent with their values. Before launching Next Decision Coaching, Eric worked in professional services as a Partner at Ernst and Young, where he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Digital Data and Analytics (DD&A) practice and the Lead Partner for the Advisory Consulting Program (ACP). He helped grow DD&A from 150 to 800 consultants and ACP from 300 to 1000 consultants. Other experiences include working as a Partner in IBM’s Global Business Services, as the COO of International Consulting Associates, and as a consultant at Bain & Co.
