Before launching Next Decision Coaching, Eric worked in professional services as a Partner at Ernst and Young, where he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Digital Data and Analytics (DD&A) practice and the Lead Partner for the Advisory Consulting Program (ACP). He helped grow DD&A from 150 to 800 consultants and ACP from 300 to 1000 consultants. Other experiences include working as a Partner in IBM’s Global Business Services, as the COO of International Consulting Associates, and as a consultant at Bain & Co.
